DMI Founder and Driver

Paul W. Morrison started his career in key operational management roles working for companies with strong growth in the consumer products and pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Morrison’s track record includes Calvin Klein Cosmetics (formerly a Unilever Division) where sales increased from $100 million to $750 million, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals where sales increased $600 million to $1.1 billion in their vaccine division. Mr. Morrison worked with and for various manufacturers of high growth consumer products and continued from there to gain experience in the direct response and ecommerce.

He started OmniReliant Holdings at inception bringing that company public. As CEO, Paul led Omni’s strategy to build successful brands by leveraging television and multi-channel digital marketing and media assets. This included utilizing new and existing subsidiaries to integrate a complete vertical market bringing products from concept to market. He Produced over 10 commercial and selling products at HSN, QVC, ShopNBC, and major retailers such as Target.

During his tenure with Omni he acquired strategic companies, technology and service firms. Mr. Morrison directed joint ventures, marketing agreements and formed subsidiaries, such as, OmniResponse and OmniComm studios along with a number of e-commerce companies. Mr. Morrison also brought the company from it original business plan to TTM of over Twenty-Seven million dollars.

He served as president of Live Current Media Inc.

a publically held company that owned perfume.com karate.com boxing.com and cologne.com. As CEO of perfume.com he reorganized the company from a discount model to a luxury portal.

Mr. Morrison currently runs DMI Holding LLC that has a vested in interest in marketing and developing IP’s, technologies and products for the consumer markets. He works large customers that include Church & Dwight Inc. (Owners of Armor & Hammer) and start ups that are funded and backed by entrepreneurs. He recently launched several new fragrances from perfume manufacturing process to store shelf of finished goods.

Mr. Morrison has sat on a number boards of public companies as a director.
